1. Admission Verification

All online applications submitted to KACST are subject to verification of original SSC/HSC transcripts and certificates. If any submitted information or GPA record is found fraudulent, the admission will be canceled immediately.

2. Fee Payment & Installments

Students must clear their semester installments before the mid-term and semester final examinations. Payments can be made via bKash Merchant, Nagad, or campus accounts.

3. Refund Policy

Admission fees are non-refundable after official registration submission to National University or BTEB Board. In case of cancellation before registration submission, processing charges may apply as per institutional guidelines.
